The above is a before and after photo of my body transformation. The photo on the left was taken about August last year and the one on the right was taken last week.
I didn`t realise how far I have come until I looked back at the progress photos.
It just goes to show how useful they are. I was feeling a little de-motivated by a lack of progress with my abs the last few days but this has helped me.
I highly recommend no matter where you are on your journey for getting a better body, you start taking some progress photos.
I also recommend you don`t even consider bulking until you get down to below 10% body fat which is less than me currently. Remove the word bulking from your vocabulary. That word and a bad mindset is what got me from average weight to the chubby guy on the left. (More on that in a future post and how to avoid making those same mistakes).
If you are struggling to lose weight, start eating less calorie dense foods. This one is so simple. I still eat a bit of bread and starchy carbs but I have mostly replaced them with lots of veggies, mainly frozen ones that I can easily microwave.
I will share some exact things I have done in some upcoming posts. If you want to be informed when they are out, join the free mailing list (and get a free book while you are there).
Good luck on your journey and leave a comment letting me know what your fitness goals are.
